Ingredients

  • Slices White breadwith trimmed edges

  • 2-3 Fresh parsley sprigs

  • 2 tsp onion powder

  • Salt – to taste

  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1½ tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1 pack Licious Chicken Breast Fillet (Thinly Sliced)

  • 1 tbsp dried herbs

  • Crushed black peppercorns

  • 4 tsp olive oil

  • Mustard paste

  • Saffron mayonnaise to serve

  • ¼ cup oil

  • Microgreens as garnish

Directions

  • Place the chicken breasts on a platter and coat them with salt, crushed black peppercorns, onion powder, garlic powder, dried mixed herbs, Worcestershire sauce, and olive oil.
  • Set aside for 10-15 minutes to marinate.
  • Place the pistachios, bread pieces and parsley sprigs in a food processor to make a fine mixture.
  • Pour this into a shallow, broad dish and smooth it out evenly.
  • Place the marinated chicken breasts on a separate platter and brush with the mustard sauce on all sides.
  • Coat them with the pistachio mixture until well coated on all sides.
