Ingredients
1 cup pre-cooked black beans
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 ripe avocados
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 cups arepa flour
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 1/2 cups water
1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a small bowl, mash the black beans with a fork or potato masher. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a separate small bowl, mash the avocados with lime juice and salt and pepper to taste.
