  • 1/2 block of firm tofu, drained and pressed

  • 4 stalks celery, thinly sliced

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1/2 lb green beans, trimmed

  • 2 tsp sesame oil

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar

  • 1-2 tbsp chili crisp sauce (adjust to taste)


  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Cut the tofu into small cubes and spread them on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until crispy, flipping halfway through.
