This guarantee covers the Cash Flow Planner purchased directly from wiselivn.com. It also applies to other WiseLivn courses or digital tools where the product page expressly offers our 30-day money-back guarantee.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase. Use the subject “Refund request” and include your order number and the email address used at checkout so we can locate your purchase.

You are welcome to tell us what didn’t work for you, but an explanation is not required to use the guarantee. You do not need to return a physical item or provide original packaging.

What happens next

We will confirm your request by email and arrange your refund to the original payment method. The time it takes for the credit to appear depends on your bank or payment provider. If you have not received a refund after we confirm it has been issued, email us and we will help you check its status.

When a purchase is refunded, access to the paid course or tool associated with that purchase ends. Your WiseLivn account and access to unrelated purchases remain available.

Requests after 30 days

The money-back guarantee applies to requests made within 30 days of purchase. If that period has passed and you have a billing or technical problem, contact us so we can review it and help. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
