Ingredients
2 slices of bread 🍞 (any bread works, but sourdough or white bread is extra crispy!)
1 egg 🥚
1/4 cup shredded cheese 🧀 (cheddar or mozzarella)
Salt and pepper to taste 🧂
1 tbsp butter (for extra crispiness) 🧈
Optional: chives or parsley for garnish 🌿
Directions
- Prep the Bread: Spread a thin layer of butter on one side of each bread slice.
