About Course

This practical course is for solo founders and small teams who want recurring work to move with clearer instructions, ownership, and oversight. You will improve one pilot process, rather than attempt to rebuild your entire business at once.

Prerequisites: an operating business or a realistic practice scenario, access to your task records, and authority to change the pilot process. No coding is required. Solo founders can complete a continuity walkthrough; a live absence test requires a trained operator and appropriate coverage.

Format: six modules, twelve written lessons, practice tasks, lesson checks, and a final pilot project. Allow roughly 45–60 minutes to read the lessons and 3–5 hours to complete the exercises, depending on your process. Suggested implementation: thirty days.

What you will finish: a task audit, process map, tested SOP, delegation and training brief, automation decision, weekly dashboard, review log, and continuity plan.

Read each lesson, complete its workbook task, and answer the lesson check. The quiz feedback helps you learn; it is not a formal certification. The final project checks whether you can apply the material to your business.

Examples are fictional and do not establish your business policies. Use approved rules, access, and limits. Progress and workbook responses are stored only in this browser when browser storage is available. Export a backup before switching devices. Browser storage can be cleared by your browser.
